Consumable items: No warranty
Please consult us for the warranty period of a certain product.
Return Policy:
The buyer can return the goods within 7 days after receipt of the package without reason (the product should be fine as original shipping), the buyer pay the shipping cost of sending & returning.
Replacement Policy:
The buyer keeps the right to replace the goods within 3 months after receipt of the package, if the goods is still brand new. (Customized products cannot replace)
The buyer has the responsibility to pay the returning & sending shipping cost.
Special Policy of Soldering Tips:
For soldering tips made by Leisto, if there’s any quality issue, buyer can send back the goods for replacement.
